I have been 'taking people higher' in hot air balloons for many years but come to realise that it has to be more than being physically higher. I am a leadership and life coach, transformation consultant, and hot air balloon pilot. I help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. As a coach, I take a holistic approach based on a designed alliance with my coaching clients. My consulting work is focused on transforming performance and culture at the level of the individual, the team and the organization. Strategy execution, values-driven behavior, and employee engagement are core themes of my consulting assignments.
